Overall I had a good experience with Malles on buying my flat at Perumbakkam (Aashira). The products that were used for the construction were as specified in the construction agreement. There were delays on the handover earlier but it was due to the storm and other factors.

This is my first property and I am overhanded by the way Malles guys accommodated my requests. Since I am in hurry to occupy the flat there were some miscommunication happened. Which I least bothered. I was impressed by just seeing the flat for first time.
